ABSTRACT
Il Rapporto sintetizza tutte le conoscenze acquisite dal progetto CERtuS con lo scopo di informare i gruppi destinatari del Progetto e il vasto pubblico sui risultati ottenuti. È rivolto principalmente alle Municipalità e al settore pubblico, ma può essere ugualmente utile per le ESCO, i soggetti finanziari, i decisori politici e a tutti gli interessati all'integrazione dei sistemi di efficienza energetica e di energie rinnovabili nel settore edilizio.
L’opuscolo include informazioni su casi pilota di profonda riqualificazione di edifici pubblici del Sud Europa, modelli di servizi energetici, finanziamenti innovativi, strumenti per effettuare valutazioni finanziarie degli schemi di ristrutturazioni / recuperi / restauri nZEB, materiali di costruzione innovativi e sistemi HVAC. Contiene i risultati prodotti dal Progetto, le lezioni apprese e le raccomandazioni e fornisce i collegamenti relativi a documenti di interesse pubblico prodotti nell’ambito del progetto CERtuS.
CERtuS - Cost Efficient Options and Financing Mechanisms for nearly Zero Energy Renovation of existing Building Stock è stato finanziato dall’Agenzia Esecutiva dell’UE EASME - IEE in base all’Accordo di Sovvenzione numero IEE / 13/906 / SI2.675068.
This publishable report integrates all the knowledge gained from the CERtuS project in an easy-to-use hand book that aims to inform the CERtuS target groups and the wider public about the Project achievements. It is addressed principally to Municipalities and the public sector, but it may be equally useful to the ESCOs, financing entities, policy makers and to all parties interested in Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy systems integration in the building sector.
The Report includes information on nearly Zero Energy cases studies, energy service models, innovative financing and tools to perform financial evaluations of nZEB renovation schemes, and, innovative building materials and HVAC systems. It presents also the outcomes produced in the Project, the lessons learnt, and recommendations as well useful links related to the CERtuS project documents of public interest.
